Returns

Returns and exchanges are ONLY accepted within 14 days of receipt date for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders at no cost to you. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be received in NEW and UNWASHED condition within the said time frame.

To return your product, please email us at hello@parentees.co with your order information to request a pre-paid shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive a second email within 3 business days to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your item(s) is/are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately through your original method of payment. If you are not approved, your item(s) may be returned to if you choose to cover the shipping costs.

Please note that it can take up to 5-7 business days for your charges to be reversed by your bank. If you have not received an approved refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank first. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@parentees.co.
